Before design, there was music. As a guitarist and songwriter in São Paulo’s hardcore underground, I recorded 8 albums across 3 bands, all with original material. That’s where I learned about rhythm, structure, collaboration, and pressure — lessons I still carry into my work today.
These days, I usually step in when the challenge goes beyond “making things look better.” It’s about aligning people, constraints, and decisions into something that actually works — especially when things start to break: critical flows, fragile trust, unclear trade-offs.
My role is to make the invisible visible — to give shape to intent, surface consequences, and build systems that hold up end-to-end. From interface to what sits behind it: interaction patterns, content, workflows, governance, and how teams operate.
In the end, it’s about creating systems that can take a hit — and experiences people can rely on.
Design leadership at scale across large companies and complex environments turning ambiguity into systems that ship, powered by craft, build, and (now) AI.
